I've acquired a Canon Powershot A30 digital camera for happy snaps and to save some of the money we've been spending on film, developing and CDs. Here are a few pictures of the lovely QVB in Sydney, most of which I'm quite pleased with, though some aren't as sharp as I'd like. Perhaps the focussing will come with experience. The camera certainly has a comprehensive set of features, and the only downside is the way it chews through batteries. However I've bought a set of rechargeable NiMH AA batteries and I believe they'll last longer than the alkaline.
