We pretended it was to 42m for 15 minutes, so we decompressed for a dive to 45m for 20 minutes, but actually it was to 36m for 14 minutes. Got that? The water was cold and far too lumpy for comfort (even noticed the swell at 36m). The bottom was sandy, with a few ballast blocks and bits of wood, possibly from the 'Nemesis'. Life - one small wobbegong. Vis - not bad. | Wetsuit/BCD/octopus (Cathy's 2nd stage). Air consumption averaged 16.5 litres/minute on the dive, 36 litres/minute on the descent. |
